actually the best and quickist way to determin the length of cable on a spool is to take the cente pig tail and short it across. now take the outer pig tail and seperate the two leads , put both ends into the electrical socket, for every 1/10 th of a second that it takes for the breaker to bloe that is 200 feet. you can do the same with strand but that is 1/20th of a second.

my norton antivirus 2001 found and removed it from my computer. The virus named was the explorezip virus (a very nasty virus at that) I received it from an applicant. Please accept my apology as it was unintentional
