after 30 years in this business I have finaly come to the conclusion that a lot of folks are right when they say this business has gone to hell..no more taking anyone for their word,never again! People simply dare you to either take them to court for ripping you off or take them to school. To the few, the proud and the honest-take the bastards to school.

Has this industry gone to hell? Why do people take a job, dick around instead of working, and then quit because they arent making any money. Its not the companies fault! If you want a good paycheck you have to work for it or am I wrong these days.
