Hey, Doug. I ended up not flying up to Pa. Going to meet with him down here, in NC. Looks as if I am going to get close to home real soon. I just can't get used to only being able to enjoy all that I work for, only 4 days out of the month. Maybe someday our schedules will click and we will hook up. Hey, Larry Edmiston, I need to get in contact with you. The last number I had is not going through. I have a good line on some work right in our backyard. Closer to you actually. well thats like saying you need light bulbs to make cable work otherwise how would you see once your in the headend. all signals to catv and smatv headends except local generated signals come from satellites. yes that includes tv antenna signals except local news.so except for a connection satellites dont need a cable in the since you are talking. its amazing how many experts dont understand the whole concept of cable tv.

the more i look at this the more i realise that most cable dawgs dont understand nor see the whole picture. maybe what we need is some form of national cetification for employees,such as the test that i had to take for my many contractors lic. in multiple states that i work. if only we had some way of knowing that we were hiring quality people ther wouldnt be such a turnover nor so many hacks allowed on the jobs. oh well its just a dream i had.

Whats the big deal with channels goin digital on C-band? They worked fine analog with a properly tuned adequately sized dish I see no improvement on picture quality. I'm so sick of continually changing IRDs out and shuffling back and to from dish to dish and upgrading IRDS from one type to another scrambling mode that it wears me out. I've got SA Powerviews,GI 4500s,Wegeners and a few others thrown in for good measure.There is no way a small company can afford to have so many different types of spare IRDs sitting around waiting for something to go bad that may be outdated in 6 months.I'm also pissed at Motorola your service sucks and so do your reps who say they will call me back for a repair completion date but never do,in the meantime I have a channel off with the boss on my ass every day yet you've had my IRD for 30 days. You better hope I never have the choice between you and anybody because your sorry asses will be TERMINATED.....

Boy they shure are some ungrateful pieces of shit they was starving before we got there and now we are dropping food to them and they dont want it dont taste good the need bean and rice they say.Dumping out our tax dollars on the ground and the sorry stankin mother fuckers send there kids to carry it home kill them all.I was on a flight last year and they had this sand nigger sitting in the emergency exit and couldnt speak english so they made him move and asked if iI would sit there shure I said I had the whole row to myself I felt like knocking his stankin ass out anyway.He was probably a terrorist he would have been in a dead sand nigger if he would have been.When that happened on 9 11 there was this poboy shop owned by them when that happened they started clapping and the person who worked there told them what she thought and they said you dopnt likeit leave so she did and the patrons who was therte.Next weekend I WILL BE HOME TO PAY THEM A VISIT.IT was on the news and of course they denied it.I done had enough everyone I see weill feel my pain from now on until they all go back.
