Home again, I just want to touch on that drug thing,,, I have never seen or heard of anyone ever getting hurt on the job because of it, in fact a lot of older hooks I knew worked better because of it, (anyone ever pass a joint on a lasher?) but these were people that really knew their shit, they live and breath cable, it's hard to explain old school, and the rules that go a long with it, I could care less if you burn one on the job, no matter what you do as a super, or PM, it's going to happen any way, I care about quality work, production and of course safety, I've found that the snitch searching ash-trays for seeds is usually some dick sucker bucking for brownie points, it takes a certain breed of people to stay in this business for any ammount of time and it just so happens that a few enjoy burning a fat one now and then, there's a difference between coppin an additude and stumbling around stoned, and I'll be the first one to yank you off a crew and give you a ride home, but let's not go over board, I don't condone it on the job but you've got to be pretty fuckin stupid to think that it doesn't happen on your project, myself, I've got too many things to do in the course of a day to deal with it, I'd rather be slipping down a little trout brook with my stream pole out in the middle of no where,,,,,, don't try to fix it if it's not broken, but that's just my opinion.

Smoke dope don't smoke dope. I don't give a shit as long as the work is done right,(being done right includes quality work,and proper safety). If people are going to partake be discrete. Not like when I'm cutting in my third location, and four guys show up late and gather around and burn one.
