To "master wireguy" why do you worry what time I go to bed? "YOUNG MAN" Some people don't require as much sleep as others.As to your reference to work,I'll guarentee ,I accomplish many more things than you do. SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT? Contract pricing. This has been going on for awhile now. In the last couple of years, some cable MSO have been putting out bid
packages that name the price they will pay. which if you think about it, its really not a bid. I have always hated
the fact a company would try to tell me what I would bid and thinks they know my overhead. The only way this
will change is, if the industry gets so busy that there are not enough contractors to go around or we stop taking
their bullshit. This will not happen since you got to EAT! The industry controls us not matter what you do. They
slow down when they want prices to drop almost seems like a conspircy or price fixing to me. Everyone is always
out of work during Dec. because of what they say is budget meetings and new budget year. Well I always
wondered why the hell these idiots dont do budgets in Oct or Nov. so we could keep working through DEC. Guess
thats beyond their imagination. In the last couple of years I have noticed a trend with the larger contractors
being bought up by larger corporations that I have never heard of. I wonder who really owns these companies?
You think maybe its the Cable MSO's? Can you think of a better way to pay to have work done on systems and
not really paying for it? Also can you think of a better way to set pricing in the Industry? And when the systems
are rebuilt to spec. they just lay everyone off and shut the doors, no big deal to them. Its like a cable MSO
having their own inhouse Construction dept. when Construction is done they shut down the operation and hand
out the pink slips.

RECIENTLY THEY CONNED A GROOP OF SPLICERS TO CUT THIER CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SHORT FOR $2,000
GARUANTIED!HE SAYS FOR 3 DAYS OF WORK
NOBODY RECIEVED $2,000 FOR GOING UP THERE
ALL THEY RECIEVED WAS A WHOLE $300.NOW HE IS TRAINING ONE OF THE PRIMES EMPLOYS' SON . THATS RIGHT HE IS A SUB CONTRACTOR THAT THINKS HE'S A PRIME.
THE ONE WHO RUNS THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY DOES'NT HAVE ANY MANAGEING SKILLS HE'S ONLY A SPLICER THAT WANTS TO MAKE SOME QUICK MONEY AT THE EXPENCE OF OTHERS. THIS COMPANY IS WORKING IN VA. BEACH FOR A PRIME. FOR THOSE OF U THAT WOULD LIKE AN OPPERTUNITY TO MAKE SOME GOOD MONEY DON'T GO TO VA. BEACH FOR "GOOD MONEY"

THIS COMPANIES OWNER (WICH IS MARRIED TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY.)BOUGHT A PRAWLER FOR HER HUSBAND FOR CHRISTMAS AND BOUGHT A $18000 DIAMOND RING FOR HERSELF AND COMPLIANED BECAUSE OF SPONTAINIOUS SPLURGING OF COMPANY FUNDS ARE ON THE EDGE OF BANKRUPCY.NOT TO MENTION PERTECTING HIS FAVORITES.HE DID SOME DOWNSIZING RECENTLY. BY COMMING IN TO THE SHOP AND CALLING A MEETING(PERSAY) AND WRITES THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE WHO HE WANTED TO KEEP ON A SHEET OF PAPER AND POSTES IT ON THE WALL IN THE SHOP AND SAYS"IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE LIST,YOU HAVE A JOB.IF YOUR NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST UNLOAD YOUR TRUCK AND GO HOME YOU NO LONGER WORK FOR ME!"
THIS HAPPENDED IN JANUARY. HE LET GO OF SOME GOOD PEOPLE. HE LET GO OF SOME PEOPLE THAT HAD JUST STARTED AND HAD TOOLS TO PAY FOR THAT HE CREDTED TO THEM. THIS COMPANY IS ALSO TRYING TO START UP WORK IN FAIRFAX,FREDRICKSBURG,AND
NORFOLK I KNOW I WOULD'NT WANT TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY SOUNDS TO ME LIKE IT IS VERY POORLY MANAGED. HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU WORK THERE. THE FUNNY THING IS HE HAS NOT BEEN GETTING STEADY WORK FOR HIS PEOPLE,WELL EXEPT FOR CLEANUP. AND TOLD EVERYONE YOU WILL DO THIS CLEANUP IF YOU WANT TO WORK FOR ME. To Mr IQ. I know you speak the truth,he almost used me also.Let me tell you about Mr.IQ.,I think his is about 168,he can speed read almost like turning the pages of a book.I would of never believed this possible,had I not witnessed it with my own eyes.I cannott explain why he mispelled words,I guess he is nervous,as he is a brilliant young Dog,I only hope to employ his services here shortly.HE spoke what was on his mind and thats whats this place is for.
