Look what getting in a hurry, can do for you, I mispelled WHITFIELD,Its starting to rain, hear, and I had a Boat outside, that had to go inside ,the wife screamed rain,just as well throwed gas on a bonfire,I had to move "THEN" my apologies. "WHITFIELD"

I went yesterday and talked to a couple of Marinas about the mackrel tourney,and spoke to a couple of my friends,that are local Charter boat Captains,they both said the best time to catch the big Kings is the first week in October to the second week in November.I've got to get up with George Summerland to see if there is an open weekend,to have this event,a sanctioned one,that will bring in more fisherman,and bigger prize money.This tourney will be hosted out of Morehead City,N.C..We have alot of tournaments hosted here,to name two The Hardees King Mackerel,and The Big Rock,Blue Marlin,we have some of the best fishing on the east coast.If you want to know when to fly in here to catch the big ones,e-mail me.Tell me what kind of fish you want catch,I'll call my friends (most of them are second generation Charter Boat Captains)and I'll tell you when they are running.Hope this information will brighten everbodys day.
