Good Day,except for you shafe,I don't smoke anything any more.Apparently you never have or else you would know you don't do abnormal things from smoking.(not pointing a finger at anyone)I am not one of those self proclaimed people that puts people down because they think they are above the next person for one reason or another.I am a CABLE DOG,23years in the business,needless to say I've been hanging around on sticks for a long time.You see a lot of things working in the streets.Let me tell you,its not like it use to be out there.Times are different and so are people.I've worked in neighborhoods and have had people offer you a glass of water or tea on a hot summer day.and I've worked in some where you have to have a police escort just to be there. The safe places just seem to become fewer and fewer.Enough about the world!!Lets get back to cable,I am starting a new Co.this year,its being founded on premis,that everyone needs to get paid,when I accept a contract,all that work for the co.will have the ability to look at the books,to know how much money is being made and where its going.Some people will say I'm crazy,some will say I'm stupid,others will say ,God only knows what.Let me tell you to begin with it doesn't make a rats ass to me what they say.I'm not a nice guy to begin with,but I am a fair man.I won't bullshit you,lie to you or cheat you,I'm about getting the job done,what ever it takes.Over the years I have heard so many Co's cuss contractors,but they don't bitch when they put money in the bank that you have made them!! I personally don't like to see people work by the hour or on a salary,for the most part people don't work as hard when their check doesn't change.All that work for this co inhouse and contractor will be able to expect,bonuses and profit sharing.The Co. will grow because it will employ some of the best people in the industry.,they will come to work happy because they are making more of the total money.Upper management will be run by experienced Cable Dogs that have a thorough knowledge of what it takes to do the job correctly and in a timely manner.Right now the Co. is only a dream,I must first find a backer with deep pockets,unlimited pockets,It takes money to make money.I have a family of 4 children,three boys and a girl.Dad hopes to provide many people with a bright future.If you think you might like to be a part of this team,please e-mail me with your name a contact # an a brief list of your qualifications.When it all comes together I will contact you.My e-mail address is Big Duck69@hot mail .com .I would like to thank anyone has taken time to read this article.
