As far as the amp clamp say you have a no cut back feed in an unjacketed package, you can't use resisters to find it because, well being unjacketed the whole package is grounded and will show a short, what you do, while the systems hot is unplug it then go back to your no cuts and test with an Amprode, the cable that doesn't have a load is your boy, if your cold slpicing and have the same situation you can baff a load onto it from the existing plant, either way it's better than having someone back you up and trace it and sure as hell beats going up there with 2 straight splices.

Is anyone else out there shut down, or about to
be, because so much work is going on, materials
are 6 months or more out? How long before they
start giving us Korean "slinky-strand" and worse
to work with because the manufacturers can't
keep up? Or are we all gonna sit at the hotel
waiting for a preform and two bug-nuts to come
Fed-Ex? Looks to me like I better start my own
private stock-pile or I'll be in the pawnshops
looking for pin fittings so I can work.

THIS JUST GOES TO SHOW THESE FEW CABLE DISTRBUTORS KEEP UP WITH ALL OF THE WORK THAT WE ARE DOING. SO THIS GOES TO SHOW YOU WE NEED MORE DISTRIBUTORS. MAYBE I NEED TO GO INTO THE CABLE MATERIALS BUISNESS. LOL
