To Whitfield:
The best way I have found to deal with a hack is to do a IP lookup at: www.arin.net/whois/index.htm (this will tell you who his ISP is)
upon finding his internet service provider, email them and inform them of the problems, or send them the postings that he has posted in your name. Also inform them if they refuse to help you will pursue the complaint with the proper authorities. Most likely the next time he tries to log on, he will find his service has been cancelled. Sure he can get another ISP but they will take the same stand on the situation and cancel him to if they receive any complaints. Good Luck!

Whats the deal with the Email Addresses "USGOV.ORG" those email addresses are not true. I checked them out they come back email undeliverable. The only way to stop the Hacker is Ignore him or have cabl.com kick him off this website. The only way the Government or the Feds will get involved if He or She threatens Bodily harm. My brother works for the FBI.

I can understand Whitfield being upset at this clown, but geez, you'd think this guy had killed someone or something, I beleive this guy would have stopped after the first night, if it wouldn't have been blown in to such a big deal. Hope I'm not pissin anybody off by posting this, but this guy isn't a hacker he's just a jokester.... Chill out.

I'm glad to see everbody talking peacfully on here again.I pulled up Neil's site it displays a page for a site under construction.I personally believe Neil.WE will find out tomorrow what the real law is as I will take this to the district attorney.Who knows maybe they will lock me up.Let me say this though .Last night after I posted what I found.I called a friend of mine with Protel and asked to call their president.It was only a little while later that Ben made his posting.For now I accept his word and believe maybe they are also a victim of a hack.I feel certain Mike Keezer the companys president will conduct an investigation of his own,I feel certain if he finds that it came from someone in his offices,they will be fired and indited,If it ends up being a hack has satelited his computers that will be traced also.Keezer has alot of money and I feel he won't play with this one.I will say this again I still consider Protel a good Co.and have great respect for its senior officers.I personally hope it comes out in their favor.See Ya

I don't ususally write anything on this sight but I feel I need to put in my 2 cents worth in. I agree with Joe Blow, it was a sick joke and in my opinon some come-uppins for Whitfield and it shouldn't have happened ang this hack was egged on. Second, I think Whitfield should read all the hate and death threats he's posted and ask himself why it took so long for someone to respond. I've got to say that it's been an interesting few days and I hope both parties go back to thier nutural corners and call this one a draw. Whitfield, you probibly will never really find out who is behind the keyboard but if you open up your can of worms you will be the one who has more explaining to do. I'm glad everyone has an opinion.As to my death threats oh well .I suppose you would of handled this situation differently.Now answer this Question how in the hell are you daring to say anything ."You" are posting from the ip address I found from the sicko yesterday.Being as we all know where it is located.Sounds like to me you need Jesus I already Know him,remerber in the Bible when Jesus smote the Egyptian.If you want to go into relgion.To me the first commandment to me should be do unto others as you would have them do unto you.I sling alot of crud but I take more than I give.I will be at the district attorneys office in the morning.Remerber what I Told you the other day.Time doesn't scare me!!Does it you MR.xxx.I suggest to you that you that you find another computer to post from.How could I be convicted of threatning a Cyber physo.It might be different had I used a persons name,You know what would be very ironic is to see some one in jail,and that person use to put other people there.(THAT IS ONLY A HYPATHATICAL GUESS) NOW tell me WWJD?

I just thought of something,it would be funny if the office where this computer sits has a computerized security system or cameras they would of had to have recorded ,if the system was deactivated it would be logged according to time and date.If it was a camera system it would have caught that person on tape as he entered and left. Now WWJD?

I just want to say this to the web master,Why did you move everything to Unmoderated that I posted on the bar last night.But I glad you did but that only shows that you monitor this site.Why didn't you do anything when the hack first started??Do you not like me? I am so tired of peoples opinions that come on here and say how childish they think it all has been.Everbody knows that!!!That is my opinion also!! But you allowed the assault!!! It sold tickets to your ball game.There is no one that writes here that tries to help this industry and its people more than I do!!!
