may need some help with new company i'am starting. it will be in penn.state . i will need splicers qc people and office personel. corring will have to be all manual as will all other task as this is an amish company. experiance with horses and working under candle light will be a plus. you must supply your own wide brim hat and dark suit. please email back if you are interested. no wait im not going to have electricity so computor wont work. just walk up and down feeway till you find me and i will hire you. by the way being fluent in amish will be a plus. live on and earn lots of bread loaves.

Good morning all,haven't found what I call good work yet but there seems to be promise for the third Quarter.I see what is happening in the industry in my opinion.The big conglorments,if I spelled it right,are buying up the co's that have the most major contracts,notice how many are hiring in house only.It their way in my book of starving out the small contractor,when he is broke enough, long enough he will sell out an come inhouse, for chump change and benefits.Some of the Prices I see Co's posting are ridiculous ,but I guess If they can find people to work for that kind of money,I hope you don't get what your not paying for.Im just glad this has happened to this industry before,and I don't have all my eggs in one baskett.I've been in the process of getting ready to go back to cable,and shut down my fiberglass shop.About a month ago,I tried to get a backer to help me buy a set of molds for some local Hulls,The boats wre manufactured for years,a small local operation,the name of the boats then were Phillips,manufacture of these boats stopped in 1978 when the mans son was working on the roof and fell off the house,and broke his neck and became ,bound to a wheelchair,forever,his dad continued to build them until his death,since then the the molds just sat in a building until earlier this year,when they were purchased by Wayne Odum,of Odums salavage,he an his brother in law were going to start producing them,then they had a falling out,again the molds sit,I went by to see Wayne about Buying the molds if I could find a backer,I looked locally for a couple of weeks and finally got tired of hearing about the ecomony and how the boat industry was so uncertain,I gave it up,until yesterday,Wayne stopped in to my shop to see me,surprised the heck out of me,anyway today he and I will talk again,if we come to an agreement,I will start building these boats.That would be like a dream come true for me.Kinda feel like a child waiting to get up and see whats under the tree.At least its a better feeling than I've had since Christmas.If this one works out I'll will probably never make it back to cable.Who knows?The future is a mighty uncertain one for now,but thats better than being certain its a bad one.All I can say right now is tommorrow wiil be a new day . Whoever the Grim Reaper is needs to get his head examined. This guy is a mouth with life-support attached. No one in their right mind would do and say this crap. You need to get a job with some benefits and seek mental health professionals. Maybe Thorazine or Prozac or some major tranquilizers might do the trick.

Grim Reaper, I don't know you but I've read your babbling for the past year and this guy may have something. You write that you believe in free speech but when someone else trys to excersize THEIR right you threathen then. Who the hell are you?
