Bid your clean up at 3 cents a foot, and they'll most likely do it them selves, it can't be a Time Whiner project could it, you ever read the small print where it states that the contracter is responcible for 10' on both sides of the pole for 2 years reguardless,,,, at the end of a retro on old beat up plant they start counting wraps on a bug nuts and your out there for the next 2 years cleaning their shit up, hey ask George Kerns about it, (Biddeford Maine)most times you just pay them off, if your doing a retro for TW here's how to approach it, we'll do it for free as long as you don't ride it out, for somr reason TW thinks that a retro is going to fix all the fucked up plant they own I swear to god, Gary remember that FD down in Kanapilos? they just patch the shit up with band-aids, stuff all the clean up down the last contracter's throat and then sell it to AT&T before the whole thing falls apart,am I wrong?

Thanks to all and Yes Whitefield and Doug it is Time "Whiner" and The Mtn. and it is in ME. I figured it was mostly crap work and went a little high on it but judging by your responses it looks like I bid about the same as what most of you would. I figure it's gonna cost someone at least a tap price if not more if you want me to come and fix the mistakes others have made. Thanks to all.

How could I forget, Doug?! Fused disk isn't something you forget, especially after being required to retro it. Well, off for another week of action in the trenches. Gonna be a short week.
