The cable const. trade is much like any other const. trade in that the work attracts men from all walks of life. It's easy to get into, doesn't require huge amounts of education and pays well. There are some real shining stars out there along with some real dregs of society (on one job I was actually paid more by virtue of having a valid drivers license alone). What I'm getting at is you can learn something valuable from each and every one. Sometimes tips to enhance your skills to be a more valuable asset or a more valuable lesson comes from the thieves and cheats. From them you can see what not to do and steer clear of any wrongdoing or misrepresentation. It's in your hearts gentlemen, be thourough, forthright and honest and the rewards are there. The newbies that pick up on the right way are your legacy to keep this industry thriving.

Hope your strong, Melissa. Have seen this industry tear more than one marriage apart. The road thing sucks when you have a family, but that's what it takes to support that family, so you just grin and bear it.

Hey Terry. I'll give you a call when I get back from South Hill. Need to go pick up my bucket and do the transport thing. I am definitely going to be there on the 2nd. Hope we slay them! Yellowfin is my favorite ocean fish to eat. They give a kick ass fight too. Todd is still not sure if he can get away, but even though I really can't afford it, I need to get away for a few days. So does Kathy. I'll talk to you later.

Good, Cablmon. You? I just wrapped one up and getting ready for the next adventure. It's about time it started warming up. Like Doug says, there are two seasons up there...Winter and August! Hey Terry, I talked to Todd today and he is a go, so there are 4 of us heading out May 1st. Hope the weather stays good till then. It stays as warm as it was here today, it should make for some really good conditions. I'll be looking forward to it. Tried to call today but got your voice mail. Give me a call when you get a chance, so I can get some directions. I don't know if my cell will work where I am headed yet, but if not, I'll check my voice mail from the motel. Later all.
