A question for you HFC TECHS...can BER testing be accomplished for QPSK telephony at the NIU? How would the analyzer know how many bits are in error if it doesn't know what was sent?

Whitfield, I have been reading some of your past input,and would like to know your insights on the future of the Industry Since Bush is in office. I am 41 years old,a Navy vet,(never voted for anyone in office.I have no voice in that matter.) and have been a dawg for close to 14 years,air and ug.I go where the most money is offered for either,and turn out a quality product as close to the customer's spec as possible. Just want to see your opinion. Thanks.

Good morning all,RETRO MAN,I apologize as I have not e-mailed you as of yet,I put out a bunch of calls yesterday,nothing positive yet,but it usally takes a day or two then the phone rings off the hook.
Carl,my "opinion" on the industry as Bush is in office;I think the industry will grow and prosper after AT&T,realizes how they have hurt this country.I am going to approach the #2 carrier to be the primary sponsor,for this fishing tournament,In hopes that people,if they do so,many, will jump on their band wagon so to speak.There is a horse race going on in this country to put wire to everyones house,so the cable co. can provide us with a verage,of different services,therefore increasing their profits.The sooner they have provided this service the quicker they see a return on stock holders investments.As far as Mr.Bush,nothing aginst Mr.Gore,but,I like a strong leader,I feel BUSH is this man.My best friend is 48 years old,a veteran of Vietnam,is now in BOSNIA,as under the Clinton administration,his national guard unit has been brought to active duty.In my book this is sad.Bush will rebuild this country,to be militarily strong.In doing so,all things in the USA will prosper.It may take some time,but he started changing things from his incepition to office.He is a true leader,and I think everything will prosper under this new administration.I am going to close for now as some people do not like such long articles.But before I do let me say this.
