Geno, as I understand it, you were supposed to call down to NC to get things straightened out when this mess first started, but for some reason you will not do that. Bill can not read minds, therefore would not know what charges you incurred on any checks that may have bounced due to the bank screw up. As to people being around from day one, well yes there are some of the originals still with us and anyone who knows this business, knows how certain variables may cause a man to have to drag anchor and roll to another job, whether it be to get closer to home, better money, etc... This shit is getting old. I have already told you, several times, that if you feel that the bank was not in error, call them. They screwed up on a bank transfer and when it was brought to Bill's attention, everyone was taken care of, except you of course, and that is because you have this falling out with Star, so you are not approaching it in the correct manner. You really need to make the call, take care of it, and go on, brother. I will be calling you later today to discuss this further, because there is more to it than just this and you know it. I do not want to discuss those matters on this site, as I do not want to not want others to make incorrect judgements on you or myself. Talk to you later.

Rognet, there is nothing wrong with earning respect. I only meant that some (not most, just some) contractors use means others than respect to acquire there contractor. The local guys are a good example, if you know who I mean.

To Cablelord and Gaffmatic You obviously are both illiterate too. If you read the message I wrote you'd see that what I was saying is that you all look like a bunch of idiots carrying on with your little "Im bigger than you are!" fights. I too have been on the flatbeds and have come up through the ranks. It's just a shame to see idiots like yourselves still livin in the 80's.

Hey Brett. I've been quiet up to now, but I think that you need to stop and think about what you just said. You judge the people on Wet Cement by what you have seen in print the last few days, and some of it is pretty dumb, but there are those of us out here that don't print the stuff that you are complaining about. Yet you call "all" of us a bunch of idiots. I started hooking poles in 1965, and I have worked my way up to a position that I can live with. I'm not stuck in the 80's, but I wouldn't mind spending a few more nights in the 60's. Oh, and one other thing. If you have never partied all night and puked off a pole the next morning then you are probably not cabledog material. It's one of those things that you aren't proud of, but it builds character.
