There is an influx of so called "Brokers" whatever the fuck that is in our industry, I never heard that 20 years ago when only Prime contractors use to post work on this site. I don't mind a sub trying to make a buck but knowing what is doing and having the funds and resources. But these so called brokers that have no clue wtf they doing and offering 30 days payment terms is a no no. How do we stop this shit that is killing this industry and putting subs out of work because of late payments or no payments?? For every Prime contractor out there ask for references and what equipment the sub has not just a GL and WC policy, that proves simply shit. I will be on a hunt sending letters to to every MSO I can find and you should to. These brokers are driving this industry into the ground and Prime contractors are to blame for.
