Who's at Fault


From what I was told coming into this industry you had to have in-house employees and equipment. Then I was told to be a sub you had to have the same but very few have it these days very few have everything required to get a contract. So they started relying on Brokers/Recruiters in which they should pay from their 30-50% that they take off top but they don't so that's how the rates get diluted.
