I just checked my e-mail to find somebody under the title Commlink engineering has sent me three e-mails containg a virus,I'm glad I have protection.I hope when I find out where they came from you have protection.I'm done playing with people, and I don't have boats holding me down this time.YOUR DAY IS COMING!!! Seems everyone out there is looking for help? Where are the good generals? Our cable industry is once again under the attack of the small non payin subs, that only last a month or maybe if thier lucky a year on any job. All the long term work broken up to several small segments, with each one getting shorter and for less pay. just my thoughts.

Less Pay, Mike? How about all this goddamn composite bullshit!! First it was the anchors, then the verts, pb's, cb's. Then came the resags, (oh, we can't charge for those). NOW it's the fuckin' guy-to-guy bonds!!! I'm so sick of this crap. Remember in Muscatine? $30 for a vert???? Man, I'd retire from cable and run those forever!

BTW, I just noticed my ip addy. Do these work by the area you are in? Cause whoever Whitfield's double is would be around the middle of Virginia. I just noticed the 2nd set of #'s are diff by only 8. I dunno nothin' about that shit.

i am super splicer i can core with voltage on line , to hell with equipment damage i say. i can check ends of line from my couch because i am super splicer. i dont need to put oil in truck or check the inventory to see if we need anything, because i am supersplicer. i dont need to follow specs because i know more than the rest of you. i can quote every proper way to do it(as long as its not to hard). i cna watch everyone else work all day long. i can tell you how to run your company, i can run the mso (if only they would let me), i am super splicer.

MIB#3 You must still be working for --- on the east coast. I heard through the vine that it was good pay out there, or should I say that --- is getting paid well and they arent passin it on! Thats the same shit that made me leave, our bosses not taking care of buisness. You been working for them so long, they are now taking advantage of thier long term employees. You would think that after you made them 8 or 9 million they would begin to see what you are worth, and quit selling your back for less and less. Especially KNOWING that composite billing is a region sales managers way of screwing his employees! Just because he doesnt want to break it into footage prices cause then he would see where the job is costing the company money. You know he doesnt want that information to get out, or then it would be his ass not yours, cause you held up to your end of the bargain, and covered everbody elses ass by doing thier cleanup for free or on hours, all the while his job site is at 60% and you can barley pay the bills every other job. THE PERFECT WAY TO CONTROL YOUR EMPLOYEES. As you can tell I really have a problem with that guy, especially after I went west, did what I was asked, then got screwed out of 4000$ bonus, the same day my grandmother died, and was told I couldnt have time off, THIER WERE DEADLINES, you know what my answer to that was. A lesson I will never forget! All the while this bastards trying to make it look I didnt do my job to fred and raymond. Enough of that shit, now Im working for Network splicing fiber, guess thats not a bad trade. But I still miss working for them, we had good crews and good times no matter what the situtation. Yall stay safe.
