Hey Captain Cable my response didn't have anything to do with your question.I was typing and posting while you posted your question.I personally don't know them,but,I can tell you how I would check them out.GO to AltaVista,key in Cable Yellow pages,look under the contractors,get there corporate #,call corporate,ask them for the #of the project and a contact name for you to speak to.Call them and ask questions about there project ,ask them who there subs are and for some #'s and contact names,call the subs and ask them questions about theirselves and the prime and the parent company .They will probably ask you why you want this information? Answer them,tell them why and what you want to know.If there honest they will usually give you some verifiable references.If something that they tell you seems odd or stange it usally is. There is alot of what I call FLY BY NIGHT CO.'s out there. I would never talk to one person to form an opion,talk to several. If what you hear sounds good,go for it!!! can only tell you what i know 1st hand captain cable, i always had work, and i was always paid. in my opinion spanpro is deffinately in my top 5 contractors to work with/for.

We now have a weapon no one had a few years ago.The Internet.You wouldn' believe what a little free speech can do, puts the magnifying glass where it belongs. Hell...Jackson TN. might be a different job next year, who can say? Doesn't help me but it may keep the next guy from falling in a pit,and if others put it all out there in the light it may keep me out of the next one.My advice to those who take this route is;Stick to the truth,tell it like it is for you,don't name names,think first. Best to wait until they can't hurt you BUT if they make your life hard or go for your $$$ because they can't own up.You Can OWN them!(If its worth it to you)
Of course this won't help you guys in the backwoods...maybe someday....
