We are seeking experienced and qualified Construction Crews for Comcast & Spectrum Project, high split work throughout Detroit, Michigan, North Ohio , and Lake Whales Florida. Coax outside plant, Node and Amplifier upgrades and replacements, Active and passive equipment replacement, Signal testing, balancing, and verification. Complete required documenting and closeout. Must have own truck and tools.

Immediate deployment, Consistent workload, Must have own truck and tools.

Project Scope:
• Aerial and underground coax splicing
• Night shift operations
• Consistent, long-term work available for the next year

Requirements:
• Established 2-man splicing teams is a plus
• Bucket truck required
• Experience with aerial and underground coax systems (High-Split work)
• Reliable, safety-focused crews
