Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install, connect, and activate Comcast- Spectrum services at customer locations (video, internet, voice, related equipment).
Troubleshoot and repair service issues during service calls, using Comcast- Spectrum tools and standard procedures.
Educate customers on equipment use, service features, and basic troubleshooting.
Work safely in varied environments and weather conditions, following safety and quality standards.
Document work performed and outcomes using required systems and job workflows (as assigned).
Required Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record within company standards.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Comfort working hands-on with tools and learning technical procedures through paid training.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements (typical)
Full-time, field-based work, often in “all elements” (heat, cold, rain) and in/around customer premises.
Physically active role that may involve climbing, lifting/carrying equipment, and working in tight or elevated spaces (varies by market and assignment).
