We are actively seeking experienced OSP Fiber Splicers and Fiber Technicians for upcoming projects. We are looking for individuals and subcontractor crews who are fully tooled, insured, and ready to mobilize.

Scope of Work:
-OSP fiber optic splicing and testing
-ISP (Inside Plant) fiber work as needed
-Long-route fiber construction and restoration
-Fiber route maintenance and emergency repairs
-Circuit troubleshooting and restoration
-New fiber builds, cutovers, and documentation

Minimum Requirements:
-Fully tooled with all necessary splicing and testing equipment
-General Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance (as applicable)
-Experience with OSP fiber construction and restoration
-Ability to build, splice, and repair miles of fiber route
-OTDR and power meter testing experience
-Ability to read fiber prints and splice documentation
-Reliable transportation
-Safety-focused with quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with aerial and underground OSP networks
-Ribbon and loose tube fiber splicing
-ISP fiber termination and testing
-Emergency restoration experience
-Ability to travel for projects
