But remember, there individuals in a huge group controlling this contracting industry that try not to pay if they can but, if one is persistent and one demands the payment of retainer owed to the one or any other owed to the one the group plays many games included but not limited to blocking the one from gainful work and only offer work that they want to pay a nickel for but know it will cost the one a dime to complete. I live it every day.
