If there is such a beast, it more than likely would have to be insulated to work power.  The 3 spools are consistent with 3 phase high voltage since they are 3 separate lines from 3 separate reels of conductors.  Although triplex is 3 wires, it is fed from 1 reel as a bundled single line requiring only one spool as you say.
