Hey Justin here with Fiber Pros. It was a terrible experience all around and is the reason we do not work as a sub contractor for primes now. We completely pulled out ourselves and are the prime here with an ISP and all work we will give going forward will be through us as the prime directly. We do apologize and offered some work directly with us that we know is there and have full control over.
