I was contacted by them for work in IL, they hire people for the prime and you go through them for billing with them taking a percentage. I had a bad experience with them recently, they advised me about a project location to be at to start work and I was on a time schedule to make sure we started on a Monday. I moved my crews there got hotels, I was at the location at 7am ready to work, no materials, no locates done and no communication between them and the prime.
To me if it was that bad on day one I wasnt going to wait and see how they pay, so I removed my guys that day. Be cautious.
