when you allow ads that are very specific with requirements required yet have only a vague description as to what they offer, I am very cautious. I have purposely sent some of these employment listings some basic info requesting a contact and never get a response. What I do get is out of the blue bombardment of emails that are basically spam and contain some "bait" info I supplied to the "potential employer" when requesting more info on a job. The Bar should require that there is a legit contact and the basics, like wages and or benefits to a job listing. Right now, we the potential new employee are at the mercy of anyone we divulge our personal info too as far as references, resumes, phone numbers etc. Anymore I refuse to give anything UNTIL I get some basic concrete info from a potential employer. It's gonna take both of us, Admin and customer to try and stamp out as much as we can of this scamming crap.
