My best advice is smply do the math.  First you MUST know your average daily expenses.  Expenses include EVERYTHING.  Labor, taxes, fuel, maintenance, depreciation of equipment, insurance, phone/internet, interest, bookkeeping, CPA, legal fees, licenses & fees, lodging, profit, and more.  Then divide the expenses by  $1.50.  That will tell you how many feet you need to average per day to make a profit.  I assume you already know how many feet per day you average.  If you can take it from here, you are ready to go on your own.  Good luck.
