I think he's asking about messengered fiber drops...hanging them off strand clamps or j-hooks...or p-hooks...we've got aerial contractors hanging some beautiful new aerial plant then the drop installers come in and it is just awful...super saggy and pulling tension at the oce connection...just awful...
