I've seen this silly trend where pole data and measurements are tasked to production construction crews. This is sorely unproductive and a poor president. It gets down to a really mismatched task application. You stifle the workflow of an expensive crew and equipment who is often in a traffic lane with active traffic control and trying to move at a faster pace than pole survey data collection.
