remove the strand lock, check the roller in the back gate roller and see if its too tight and check your strand drive wheels for wear. Also, make sure you have a good angle on the rope when pulling...all these things are in play when doing overtrash. If you determine your lasher is defective, contact Jamie Penna at Century Machine in New Jersey, he is da man with lasher repairs and honest. I never used a C lasher to overlash, always a J2........or a G for large packages
