I’ve work off and on for charter 25 plus years from minn to Missouri to Georgia. Now 20 plus years ago charter wasn’t that bad but Now comcast and charter and I guess the rest of the catv companies really do pay garbage... I can work for phone companies doing fiber burys and they pay 2.5x amount for same job without hassles. Just have to do your homework and be willing to travel..only reason I did work for charter is they were my back yard...no more. It took me 40 years of doing burys to figure this out. So Evidently I guess I’m not that bright. Anyway only have few years left before I’m out of this rat race. Best of luck!
