To me, it is part of the job. Specifically locating private utilities such as lamp posts, well services, electric running to a shed and such are not part of the town/cities job to mark out. That's why its called "private electric". Takes 5 minutes to locate something. In and out. But if you're working for $15-$32 for a drop and have to do 10 a day, that's nuts. What you make on 10 a day at $32 can be made in a 20 minutes elsewhere.
