You want guys that will work off hooks all day, every day. No buckets, no creature comforts, ever. After which he'll probably send you packing because the job's over, but hey, he got his money. And he wants you to be a full time employee, but your pay is based on what you get done in a day? Fuck you, dude. In-house employees are not contractors.
Oh, and not to mention, at least he has the courtesy to put in the ad you'll be trudging through fields of poison oak while you're doing a shitty run no one else wants to do.
