I’ve been a sub contractor for blue jay in Cleveland Ohio for 4 years and haven’t had a problem getting paid until now. I don’t know what’s going on but I still haven’t received my retainage from 2019! They have absolutely no reason to keep my retainage and I can’t get an answer out of anyone as to why I haven’t got my money yet! Really beginning to piss me off!
