I retired after 40 years in the industry, couldn't stand the bull shit anymore, used to be good, hard working guys with quality work, not a bunch of hacks an low ballers who ruined this industry . If i didn't like the job I left, always had enough money for a rainy day to get me by. Had everything in writing SOW, if they tried to throw more shit on me I'd pull it out and say sorry i don't see that, whats does it pay. The problem with alot of newbies is they get sucked into a job , get committed and can't leave.You'll have to sort this out on your own, we can give all the advise in the world but you;ll do what you have to do.
