As a subcontractor/contractor, it seems some things are being practiced, that are not legal by some primes?
Asking us to buy a phone, and allow them to track our every move, in order to get work, seems a little excessive, and I'm morally at odds with the idea. I'm not an employee, and I'm not buying personal equipment, for them to basically utilize tracking technology at my expense. Especially when I complete all of my work!
It's looking like it's time to move on! Thoughts? Advice welcome! Thanks!
