From my experience you will always get the best deal from the door-to-door or WalMart ppl in the field selling. DSR. They are somewhat hard to find since ALL the MSO departments compete against eachother, steal eachothers leads etc.
Your best bet is to find a DSR in the field at WalMart. Or a lot of times the outside installers have a DSR on the hook and one more idea is craigslist. You will see ads from the DSR contract companies so you can contact them and get your DSR Rep that way.....Good luck!
