I didn't see anything in your original post about Cali? If that's to be taken into consideration maybe it should have been included in original post? I still don't care much about the hourly, my money comes from the piecework, and I started in cable in 79 also, I have been around the block too. Most companies only paid PW and nothing for your time, as Goodsky stated they do this for legal purposes, I still consider the PW rate and if it's not covering costs and paying bills, then i move on to the next add. I don't consider you as being or trying to be funny, nor was I, we are both seasoned and should know by now whether the pay matches the job,,,,Right?
