You are fear mongering, none of what you said will happen.
You should really go read the new health care law, small businesses with less than a certian amount of employees are exempt..
"Firms with fewer than 50 employees are also exempt from the "employer responsibility"
And if firms with less than 50 do want to provide health care, here is that point in the law...
"Employees that make less than $50,000 a year on aveage get a tax credit of 50% of the cost of health care insurance"
