Wow, that's a VERY SAD STATEMENT and you should be quite ashamed!
As we all do, move on if you do not like the pay or whomever you may be working for.
If someone goes to work for someone, Contractually or Employee and does less of a professional job because of pay or any other reason?
That person needs or persons need to either remove themselves from this industry and any other professional industry or they need to be removed.
And will be with all the QC's, checks and balances on the technicians.
Your words bring yourself in bad light and on this industry and it is exactly the mentality causing problems with this industry,
Those that persevere and do what needs to be done at all costs will prosper!
