Re: to many hacks

to......preposition............used to express motion as in:  (addressed) TO many hacks; this is addressed TO many of you hacks out there.

too.....adverb..............used to express excess as in: (there are) TOO many hacks out there; because there are so many of you there are TOO many hacks out there.

two......adjective..........used for counting as in: (there are) TWO hacks; there is this one here and that one over there.

As I understand your position, there is a problem in the industry because there are more than two too many hacks to speak to all of them.

THERE ARE TOO MANY HACKS!

Where did the problem come from? How can it be fixed? Some unqualified (hacks) get hired and grow into the new job. Some never do. How do you decide who to hire, retain, promote and fire? Why are there so many unqualified (hacks) now?

Just askin,
