Don't forget to figure in ......type of plumbing and lay-out of it..coper, pvc, vynal???..sprinkler systems?
aged phone lines in crawl or atic that crumble when you look at them....wil you be liable.....of course!
do the al falow the same lay-out internal/ external walls , are the internal walls in line or off set from 1st story to 2nd to 3rd??????
how consistent is the routing of electrical and plumbing?
crawl space access in every unit/ are they accessible? are the units occupied or not.
is there a charge invalved if the occupant denies access? won't move their crapp out of the way?
enough time alotted for door taggs????? fire blocks? individual foundations between units?
