There is a simple way to incorporate OT into your piece work rates and not penalize your top performers and not lose your shirt. In Fact Everything comes out exactly the same in the end and the law is followed to the T. Anyone who would like to talk to me send me a private E Mail and I will be glad to explain how to do this .
