Overtime pay on piece work

There is another company about to be busted for not paying Overtime to their employees on piece work. Anyone out there working as an employee of any company that is paying piece work and not getting Ot for hours over 40 should go to the federal labor board in their area. The feds will see you get your money. Piece rates are subject to OT laws and there should be an OT factor on your weekly paysheet. Most companies do not do this because they can not figure out how do it. Its not that hard. Feds go back 2 years on unpaid OT. If you no longer work for a company you can still go after them for unpaid OT and a company can not fire you for going to the feds and reporting them. I bet alot of you here are owed OT money
