Delon Clark is the owner of his own company that was sub-contracting with Smart Connect with only 3 techs. He is of no concern to the rest of the Chicago staff as far as being paid. Smart Connect is a company owned by Daniel & Mike Gonsalves and another guy named "Lionel" with Keith Nunez and Mike Otis supporting their projects. This company needs to be exposed. As far as the techs, the company needs to know who they are hiring. A crew of mostly inexperienced techs is not going to work. That is a company/training issue. Just another fault of this company.
