First of all you need to get your facts on point. Keith Nunez does not work with Smart Connect. He left when he got wind of the box theft that was going on and the shaddyness of the techs. When this was brought up to upper Managment and stressed his opinions to his staff, they turned on him so he decided to let Smart Connect fight this one on there own. Keep in mind, he was with them for 9 years and was not an owner or partner. you don't do that for bad companies.
