The customer lives in a high rise. He is about 30 feet from the lockbox. I have not heard of anyone else in the building with this problem. As for all the info on the amp's, fiber, size of hardline, I am not sure. I am only a cable installer. This guy who sees the problem is in his 70's. I can not really see the problem myself. He has had cataract surgury. I just thought there may have been something stupid I wasnt checking. Thanks for the replies.
