What can cause a picture to be blurred? RG-59 in a pre-wired high rise. Signal is good to set, 18 on ch 60 and 14 on ch 2. We even padded the signal down with a 3way. All new rg-6 and fittings. It is not the tv, we have swapped 2 tv's to try that out and still goes blurry. It is not blurry all of the time. Comcast has sent their guys out to check the system and they claim everything is good. Anyone have any input on what could cause something like this? Also it happens on digital and regular analog cable.
