Re: How do I sue for not getting paid

I am not a lawyer but if you have a contract with a set price signed, then unless he has a agreement to amend the contract signed by you, he has to pay it. was the work signed of without gigs?
i would hire a lawyer and sue for the money he owes you, all legal fees, plus interest.
as cable said call the mso and explain to them that your going to put a lein on there plant, or customers equipment etc. the scare tactic will probably get you your money. save the shovel until after you get your money. id post his name, his company name, the mso the location. that kind of information on here goes a long way trust me. gl
