There are a couple of options open to you. If, as you say, you are in possession of names, dates, copies of unpaid invoices from other subs, etc, you may want to contact these other subs and file a "class action" lawsuit. As the old adage goes, "the more, the merrier." Your case is definately stronger w/ more persons on the band wagon.

You could also have your lawyer file a lawsuit on your behalf. And at the same time file a lien on the 'unnamed company's' equipment. This would/should prevent them from selling out from under you should things start to look bad for them. Your lawyer, in asking for other damages that may be awarded, could ask that all legal expenses be awarded to you also.

Lastly, to you know there are over 200,000 acres of swamp in FL? Maybe it is time to 'lineman-up.' Ask Momma if you can wear your balls for a few days and do what 'old-schoolers' would do. If you are in FL now maybe you could 'pm' Big Duck. He seems to know his way around the panhandle state pretty good. He may have some advice I have overlooked.
